Guided psilocybin ceremony & integration

Come back
to yourself.

For people who can name the pattern but can't seem to move it — who feel the pull toward something deeper and the weight of how. A grounded container for deep inner work, and the integration that makes it last.

The Reality

You know what to do, yet you feel suspended.

You've read the books. You've done the therapy. You hold the intellectual map — but the landscape stays unchanged. There's a quiet disconnection humming beneath a high-functioning life.

The pain isn't ignorance. It's the gap between knowing and doing — the reach for the screen instead of presence, comfort instead of courage. That gap quietly costs the things your heart most wants: connection, aliveness, self-trust.

  • Stuck in cycles of avoidance and old patterns you can name but can't move
  • Present everywhere except inside your own body
  • Longing for something deeper, held back by the weight of "how"

Medicine is not the solution. It opens a door. What matters is how it's prepared for, held, and integrated.

How I hold this work

Not a guru.
A grounded presence.

I hold this work as a facilitator and integration guide — not a healer with answers. I came from tech with zero exposure to any of this; now it's the fabric of my life. I speak both languages, and I'm still on the path myself.

The work belongs to you. I bring the container.

The Plan

How the work unfolds.

A single, well-held experience can create lasting shifts — not because it's intense, but because it's integrated.

01

Preparation

We build trust, clarity, and nervous-system safety before any journey — through conversation, intention, and honest readiness.

02

The Journey

Held simply and attentively. A calm, attuned presence; space for silence, emotion, and stillness. Nothing forced.

03

Gentle Return

A slow, intentional landing — rest, nourishment, and space — so the experience settles rather than fragments.

04

Integration The real work

Through ongoing sessions and practical support, insight becomes embodied change anchored in daily life.

The Spaces

Where we meet.

The setting shapes the work. I hold ceremonies in two spaces - one in the city, one in nature - and we choose the one that fits you.

Toronto

The city space

A dedicated indoor ceremony space in Toronto's East end. Quiet, warm, and set up for exactly this work - a contained, comfortable room to go inward without leaving the city.

Thornbury

The nature space

A nature-immersed space in Thornbury, near Georgian Bay. Open, cedar-ringed grounds to breathe and slow down, with forest and water a short walk away - somewhere to wander as the work settles and let the natural world carry part of the integration.

If another setting feels right for your journey, we can discuss a custom location.

What's actually different

Everyone says integration is the most important part. Almost no one actually does it.

You'll hear it everywhere — the medicine isn't the work, what you do afterward is. And then most offerings end almost exactly where the real work should begin.

The usual approach

  • A single integration call in the days after the journey
  • A follow-up email and a PDF of general advice
  • Then you're on your own — and when the insight fades, another ceremony starts to feel like the answer

We don't need more medicine. We need to work with what the medicine already showed us.

How this work is built

  • A 12-week integration arc, not a debrief — weekly at first, spacing out as the change lands (8–9 sessions)
  • Ongoing, personal support between and beyond the journey
  • Practices anchored in your daily life, so insight becomes lived change instead of a fading memory

This is the part that lasts — and the reason one well-held journey is usually enough.

Offerings

Ways to work together.

The difference isn't the ceremony — it's what comes after. Each container is shaped collaboratively: we begin with a fit-and-scope conversation, then design the right arc together.

Integration
Coaching

Standalone 1:1 integration sessions - for people who have done ceremony elsewhere, or who want to do this work without medicine. Complete on its own, and a natural place to start.

  • 1:1 integration sessions, in person or online
  • Practical, embodied support for what's already opened
  • No ceremony included

$180 per sessionor a 4-session arc for $650

Co-facilitation with my partner, Leah Fae, and extended integration are both available as options, discussed in advance. Having the masculine and feminine hold the space together as a dyad can bring a grounding, complementary presence that many find deeply supportive. And the whole container — screening to integration — is laid out plainly here.

The Shift

From surviving
to coming home.

Without the work

  • Avoidance & numbing
  • Mental loops & disconnection
  • A life watched from the surface

After returning

  • Grounded presence
  • Emotional clarity
  • Self-trust you can stand on
Is this for you?

This work asks for honesty and follow-through.

This may be a fit if you…

  • Feel stuck in recurring patterns and are ready to meet them differently
  • Have a baseline of stability — housing, finances, support
  • Are open to reflection, dialogue, and embodied work
  • Understand the medicine is a catalyst, not the solution

This is not a fit if…

  • You're experiencing psychosis, severe instability, or acute crisis
  • Certain psychiatric medications or conditions make this work unsafe
  • You're seeking a quick fix or a single dramatic breakthrough

There is no judgment in a no. Timing matters.

This work starts with relationship, not a transaction. Begin with a conversation about what's calling you — and we'll explore whether this is the right path for your next season.
